Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback! I'm so glad to hear your yard signs arrived quickly, were well packaged, and worked well for your needs. I also really appreciate you mentioning your experience with the Instant Proof process. Instant Proof is one of our newer features, and while it's already helping many customers get to print faster, we're still actively improving it based on feedback like yours. I'm sorry it gave you some trouble with the two-sided sign proofs, but I'm glad you were ultimately able to get everything approved. Thank you again for your business and for helping us make our products and processes even better. We truly appreciate your support and hope to work with you again soon!

Thank you so much for your feedback and for trusting us with such an important project for your grand opening event! We’re glad to hear the booklets were a hit and that everything arrived in time for the event. We also appreciate the honest feedback regarding the shipping cost. Because the order included 150 perfect-bound booklets shipped via Priority Overnight, the shipment required two packages (one 19 lbs and one 25 lbs). Overnight shipping for multi-box print orders can become expensive due to carrier pricing, especially with overnight service requiring air transport, but we completely understand how surprising those costs can feel. We truly appreciate your business and hope we can continue supporting your future events and projects!

Thank you so much for the kind words about our customer service and print quality, we truly appreciate it! I’m sorry to hear the trim on the business cards did not meet expectations. Because business cards are cut in large stacks, slight shifting can occur during production, especially on designs with full-bleed or borderless designs, which may expose a small amount of the cardstock edge. That said, we absolutely understand how noticeable that can be on a finished product. If you would like a reprint, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team via live chat on the website or at [email protected]. We would be happy to take a look and see what we can do to help make this right.
