Horrible company, it takes 30 days for them to respond, calls are outsourced to other countries and they dont care about anything.

When I called the phone # I was greeted by a recording asking if I wanted to save money to book a hotel room or airline flight. Thinking I called the wrong numer, I carefully dialed again and two tries - I received busy signal both seperate times. Seems very suspicious to me, maybe running multiple businesses on a shoestring budget? Either way, not a company my business wants to be associated with or trust.

Nobody answers the phone. what kind of this business? try calling them, the line disconnected immediately.

Scam!!! We paid 400$ deposit and they are disapeared , never replied and service is not working!!!

We paid the $400 onboarding fee and started reaching out to Smart Prep Center last month using several of their emails — but still haven’t received any response. For us, this lack of communication is a big red flag. It’s the main reason we’ve now decided to switch to another prep center. In this business, reliable and responsive support is essential — and unfortunately, Smart Prep Center has not provided that. We hope to get our money back, as we didn’t expect this kind of experience from the start. It’s made us completely lose confidence in working with them. Very disappointing overall — and from other reviews we’ve seen, this seems to be a recurring issue.
