I had a client bring me their computer where all their data has been lost. It was loaded with spyware. Definitely do not use this software.if you have used it software and you found this review afterwards notify your bank or credit card and get your money back Good luck.

yep, scam. do not get the pc fixer 7 day trial. You will automatically be subscribing to an annual charge of $49.95. such a pain to try to get the payment. I hate all the new ways people find ways to trick us out of our hard earned income. Don't get anything this company supports, creates and sells

What a fraud. I went through the same things that most of you did. My bank was able to give me a phone number for the company. 9526465033. I was able to get a stop payment through my bank with their assurance that this company will not be able to get any more money.

Any time you see "Microsoft Partner" and/or "LionSea," be on the lookout because they ARE SCAMMMERS, who will rob you blind, conning you from hundreds up to thousands of dollars, if you let them!!! I got my money back by reporting them for fraud/being proven scammers to my financial institution! Afterwards, Microsoft Partners contacted me again and tried to tell me that THEY made a mistake and wanted my account number(s) to REPAY me for my original payment! I was smarter than that the second time around; they did not get my account information; could not scam me because I refused to get fooled again!!! "Fool me once, shame on them! Fool me twice, shame on me!" I tell everyone about these "Microsoft Partner / Gold Application Developement / LionSea" scumballs!!! A majority have CHINESE ACCENTS, so that's a clue! My friend was scammed for $500 (she did not try to get her money back and she never used her computer again!) and they told us both that if we didn't pay them, they would make our screens go "black," and if we got new monitors/computers, they, too, would all go black because of having to use the same IP Address! I think that's RANSOMWARE! When someone calls me with a CHINESE ACCENT, I scream in their ear, "You should ALL be in PRISON! AND I keep screaming and saying how "PRISON is the right place for you because you are ALL scammers!!!" and "You make me sick to my stomach!" and on and on and on!!! My friend did say that her guy sounded like he had an accent from a country such as Afghanistan! "BUYER BEWARE!" I CALLED MICROSOFT AND THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER "MICROSOFT PARTNER." OR UNDER "LIONSEA" ANYTHING!!! ALL WEBSITES WITH "MICROSOFT PARTNER" LISTED IS A "PARTNER" ALRIGHT, WITH "SCAMMERS UNITED"!!!

Do not buy this product! They will charge you a reasonable price for the first year. They then put you on auto renewal, and jack the price up almost double. Then when you challenge them about it, they refuse to give you a refund, even though you may have stopped using the product.

Yes folks unfortunatley you have all been scammed, this is a fake company with fake products that will do your computers more damage. Their website is fake, the few positive comments on this forum are fake, they are not affiliated with microsoft or any other reputable company. If you haven't done so already, cancel your Debit/Credit cards at once. A reviewer, Barry Macpherson seems to think this is an Irish company..... I don't know where he got that idea from because this company.... Lionsea Software...is chinese and based in China.
