They lead you to install this through clever deception that somethings wrong with your computer and you need it. Try to look legit with this whole "partnered with Microsoft" and the whole like. Well they trick you about a 7 day free trial being 5.97$ then set you up to be automatically billed after 7 days but don't make this clear, it's either in fine print or not apparent so it's deception anyhow. They don't have a phone number so I emailed them and they give you the wraparound about keeping it and wanting to help resolve the issues about your PC send us more info about the issues etc... I've finally told them I'm disputing this charge with my bank because they aren't cooperating and used deceptive tactics and haven't heard back yet again... Avoid it's just scheme to get your money and a huge hassle. As others of said it may also exaggerate a lot of problems with your computer it says it finds and you need to suck you in... Take it from me and others online save the headache.

I tried this for reasons I attribute to losing my mind for a few minutes. It totally trashed my PC. Had to reload Windows and lost loads of files. Do not go anywhere near this piece of junk software.

This product is a big scam I have a PC issue and hence looking for software to fix it The advert for this software sounds great 7 day trial if satisfied purchase the subscription So purchased the 7 day trial paid by PayPal then nothing, Raised a complaint with PayPal then got an email 24 hours later with everything but the licence key Chased again with PayPal and finally got licence key (24 hours plus) later Tried the software and it made matters worse to the point of its now a fresh instal here we are at To place further misery they now have taken £. 59+ GDP from my PayPal account unauthorised. For you guys reading this do not purchase this product is courses more issues than it's worth and they steal money from your account.

i tried the trial and after using it i restarted my pc and it was now unbootable, a few days later i recieved an email stating i was charged $49, er,,, no one told me, unauthorized use, they just did it, went to email them and google said email address unrecognized, no other way of contact, contacted citi bank but never got a reply so thats probably a scam to, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY, avoid!

I used this to try and repair a 'Remote device won't accept the connection' message. They let you download the software and run an analysis of your pc. The results showed there are a 'critical' problem on my pc, so I purchased the software. Using this did not change anything on my pc that I can tell. Now I think there was no critical problem; they give you false results to get you to buy the product. And now I am having a difficult time canceling this ongoing 'subscription.' DO NOT USE.

It locked up all my files. I lost Firefox & Internet Explorer. Do not use this application, unless you want to waste time restoring your system.
