Can't fix any problem charged me yearly fee after one week without permission Worst company ever!!!!! W. Burden

I installed this software, used it one time and then my compute crashed. I tried to uncrash it with a rescue disk to no avail. I tried several other methods that did not work. In the end I had to reformat my hard drive. I would not wish this software on my worst enemy nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I purchased SmartPCFixer's 7 day trial and canceled 3 days later. It did absolutely nothing for my computer. After running it 3 times I gave up because it made no difference in any of the problems it claimed to be able to fix. I didn't have but a few problems but none of them were resolved by SmartPCFixer.

THIS PROGRAM ABSOLUTELY SUCKS i PAID FOR IT. GOT MY KEY AND THEY KEEP SAYING IT'S INVALID... I AM SO TIRED OF BEING SCREWED BY MICROSOFT AND ALL THEIR QUIRKY LITTLE BUDDIES. FUNNY WHEN YOU BELIEVE IN A COMPANY AND BELIEVE THEY HAVE YOUR BACK. I HAVE TOTALLY REMOVED THIS PROGRAM AND REPORTING THEM. I DONT RECOMMEND USING THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED TOO.

This scam company offers a product which does NOTHING. After four emails back and forth, it will NOT REFUND my initial payment and REFUSES to cancel my subscription. Do NOT buy their product. You will spend days, even years, trying to get your money back--and you may fail. PLEASE beware that this is a totally disreputable scam company with NO contact info except an email address that continues to BEG you to remain a customer.

I just had the most awful experience with Smartpcfixer. Certainly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Like a previous user here. I downloaded trial under the false assurance from the company that they will fix error 91. I had trouble since the software will not work in spite of activating it. Therefore I cancelled immediately. The company assured me of not further charges then BEFORE THE 7th day they charged AGAIN for full year. THIS IS A SCAM with FAKE SOFTWARE. There is no phone to try. This company should be prosecuted. Can anybody help how to try to stop this company from continuing crime and get some refunds.

Downloaded trial had trouble activating until 7 day trial was up then charged for full year. No phone # tried Emailing no response. Did receive a message subscription cancelled which I did not do. emailed asking when I would receive a refund they emailed back how they want to help me and I emailed back I did not cancel then, but am now and want a refund since it was in the 60 day period no response. Do not deal with this company

Do not download Smart pc fixer .All will be fine until you decide to unsubscribe. I decided to do this and received an e mail acknowledging this . When I received my credit card statement I discovered that £64 .02 had been taken from my account by Smart pc fixer No attempt to contact the company on the help page has been successful .My credit card company will not reimburse me either The money was taken on the same date that I receive my e mail from the company.
