This was my first experience with Channon and Jackie and they were both awesome! Channon helped me through the learning curve every step of the way, answering all of my questions and proactively checking in regularly to see if I needed any help. The borrower required some extra hand holding, which normally I prefer to do myself, but Jackie's communication with her was excellent and she kept me in the loop the whole time. We worked well together as a team. Great first experience with SmartFi!
