We’ve been burned by marketing agencies in the past, so I was pretty skeptical about hiring another company to help us generate qualified appointments for our kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. What I like about Itai and Smarter Contractor is that he’s very upfront and straight to the point. He’s an expert at generating qualified leads and appointments for contractors, but he also understands the bigger picture of what it actually takes to grow and scale a design-build company. Everything he promised us, he’s delivered on—and honestly, he’s gone above and beyond what we expected. There’s no overpromising or BS. He understands remodeling, knows how to attract the right homeowners, and focuses on actually getting qualified appointments on the calendar rather than just sending us a bunch of leads. Itai was incredibly helpful. He spent probably around 3 hours with me total walking me through how to build out a paid ads and lead generation system for home service businesses. What I appreciated most was that it wasn't generic advice. He shared what he's actually seeing work right now in home services, how to attract higher quality customers, how to structure the campaigns and funnel, and how the whole system should work together.
