I am a start up company needing to purchase a new commercial truck. Anthony Alvarez, Account Manager with Smart Finance USA, contacted me to discuss the financing options and process. All of this was new to me, but Anthony laid out the process and told me that he would contact me with an answer on financing in three business days. Anthony contacted in less than two business days with an approval. He guided me through the rest of the process and stayed in contact with me the entire time. Anthony contacted me after I took possession of the vehicle to check to see if there were any issues. From speaking with Anthony, he is very satisfied with his management team, explaining that Smarter Finance USA focuses on helping the customer. I would not be in the great position that I'm currently in if it were not Anthony and Smarter Finance USA.
