Company is illegally telemarketing to those on Do not Call List.

I was lured into joining the platform on a higher plan under false advertisement. I was sold on a special promo price but then once you joined, they refuse to charge me the special price but only the higher and regular price. I complained and they keep acting sympathetic and pretending they're working on it. After about a year of using the product, since you're charged on a quarterly base, they tell me the promo was only when you signed up. I showed them the screenshot for the offer, I also still have the link to the offer. There's not even a fine print anywhere, that says you won't be charged a higher price. I don't deceitful, false advertising practices. To me at this point, there's no difference between this company and the United Health ceo's integrity.

I don't recommend this company at all simpily because my card got charged 600$ for a subscription and they won't refund 1 day past. What kind of company doesn't have a grace period or honor someone who doesn't want the service. On top of this I never used the software one time. Slimy, I will never use this company, many other options.

These people steal your money, they're plans are awful. Horrible experience with their customer service. Happy to provide proof to anyone.

Read the terms of service carefully. They will issue no refunds whether they provide you service or not. In my case, I paid $799.00 per month and had no service for close to 40 days. I ended up going to a competitor after suffering significant revenue losses.
