Company offered to ship my car for a reasonable rate and required a deposit, saying they already had a driver lined up. I paid the deposit and then they told me they actually didn't have a driver lined up at the price I had agreed to in writing. Spent two weeks fighting with them about providing a driver for the agreed-upon price until they ghosted me without any refund for the deposit. Do not do business with this company. Period.

Shady!!!! Quoted low price. Missed schduled pickup day. Trying to reschedule and they wanted double the quoted price.

Absolute scam. Took my deposit, promised a time window when the pickup would take place, missed it and then did it again for the next day. Now they have threatened me with a cancellation fee. Which is contradictory to the claim on the front page of their website.

PLEASE READ IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR MONEY. This company is a total scam. They tell you a bogus number so it seems like they are offering you the best price. (I was quoted at $875) but when rubber met the road, I was charged $1400. NEARLY DOUBLE!!! Then the car was picked up later than promised by a day. I’m also being told that I won’t get the delivery TWO days after the promised drop off date. Please don’t buy into the fake reviews and lying prices like I did. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Maybe they work well I agreed with them for transportation from Ohio to Minnesota but I had to cancel the order and they charged a cancellation fee of 50$

I believe this is a scam company with false good reviews. Very pushy with excuses a real business would not use...I could not verify DOT insurance but did confirm that any price they give (and ask for for initial billing) is just an estimate and will increase. From the way they spoke to me on the phone I would not trust them for business.

I contracted this company to transport a vehicle I had purchased. A date was scheduled for them to go. The sale of the vehicle fell thru. So before the transporter would waste their time I tried to cancel. I was hurry to sign a contract by Mike Miller over the phone. Now they are saying that I owed a $200.00 cancellation fee plus they are keeping my $50.00. So just do your homework first so doesn’t happen to you. Management was no help. There’s better brokers out there I would go somewhere else.

Ricky Thomas represents a company who lies, cheats and deceives their clients, do not believe the 5 start reviews, they have a network of friends, co-conspirators to edit and post to inflate their satisfaction rating. Lies, lies and additional lies that added uo to an additional $400 after charging my card the "$200" deposit, I will be following up with US Chamber of Commerce and California Better Business Bureau as well based on their scam. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! Book with a transporter who does not charge you an upfront fee , be forewarned!
