Their previous Agent, Crystal, gave me a quote to ship my car, and the quote was too good to be true. They were quick to take a $200 deposit from me, just to get me caged in. Unknown to me that it was a trap, I fell for the “cheap” quote, and my car was left for several weeks at the dealership not picked up because no driver was willing to do the job for the quote given to me. Jessica Parker, the newly assigned Agent went extra mile to resolve the matter. Although I eventually paid more than the initial quote given, Jessica ensured that my frustration was addressed, and also worked with her Manager and with a driver to ensure we agree at a minimal charge.
