Their quote was not the lowest but I decided that I would use the second lowest to transport my vehicles (2 cars). They quoted my $570 from FL to MS for both vehicles and required a $175 deposit. I let them know that I was not at the pickup location except a couple times per month as I was in the process of moving and already had the family in MS. I let them know what days I would be in FL for pickup and had my eldest son in MS for delivery. Only once did they have a driver ready and that was while I was still in MS and I told them it would not work. We tried at least 5 different times to get it done and they were unresponsive or unable to find drivers. Hurricanes were also an issue. The final time they finally had a driver for me but that instead of $395 at delivery location I would have to pay $995. I told them that it was not our deal and refused the driver. Then they told me that due to market conditions and other stuff that they could not find a driver for their quoted ammount. They then had the audacity to tell me that I needed to increase my budget for this transport at which time I told them to cancel our transaction and refund my money. The agent told me that he would start the refund process and that it will take 3-5 business days. After 2 weeks of not receiving the refund they now say that all was my fault and that they normally charge a $200 fee for cancellation. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS TRANSPORT SERVICE. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR QUOTE. THEY WILL LOW BID AND THEN TRY TO GET ADDITIONAL MONEY FOR COMPLETION AFTER THEY RECEIVE DOWNPAYMENT.

Absolute money grab! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! SCAM ALERT! They quote you low prices and harass you to get a deposit then the day they are to pick up your vehicle they call you with bs that they have noone in the area and then tell you they can't do it for the price they quoted. And then proceed to tell you it'll cost you almost DOUBLE what they told you. They also refuse to return your deposit after you refuse to pay their blackmail upcost. I have reported them to the BBB DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT AND I MEAN THAT BY ALL MEANS, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHOW UP TO PICK UP YOUR VEHICLE. I beg you to not do business with Smart Carship. The imposter “Jeff” is as dishonest as they come. My credit card was charged for $100 deposit, and the vehicle was never picked up costing me additional fees at the tow company. Repetitive lies about the driver and ET of pickup. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Avoid doing business with Smart Carship. Thomas Brown is dishonest; he will raise your shipping costs after you make a deposit and continue to demand even more money afterward.

If I can give this company Negative 5 Rating I would say they deserve less! They quoted me $380 all taxes fees included. They kept telling me for 3 days that they are waiting to hear from their driver. And my car would be picked up today at 2:30pm. But unfortunately the price is now $900. They said their quote is an estimate only. Which also I have via email that it’s a binding quote and also is $100% refundable. So I had to cancel but now they refused to give me back my $80 deposit. Don’t use them!!. Liars!! FYI: They are not even rated through BBB. That should have been my Red Flag!

This company gave a quote, then changed it to 2.5 times higher an hour before the driver was supposed to pick up our car. They gave all kinds of excuses about market price and other nonsense about charges they didn’t know about previously. Do not use this company!

BAIT AND SWITCH. Don’t trust them. They will quote you a low price and then have an issue with the driver. Now the price is three times that. It took over a month to get the vehicle with multiple calls from them quoting must higher costs than originally quoted. I ended up agreeing to paying $275 dollars more just to get it shipped.
