Be careful with these people they are the scammer Take the deposit and later double the price Don not deal with them

Reserving was easy, however, when it came to the pickup, we had so many issues. They called at least 10-12 times requesting that the driver wanted more money....going back and forth. They knew what the van make and model was as they had shipped it to another destination. 2 hours before pickup time, they said they needed pictures of the van and the model number. Log story short, my brother cancelled the order stating we are not paying anything extra. They have you against a wall if you have a time frame. Now they want to keep my deposit. I would not trust them and never go through them again.Check the BBB before you decide.

was charged for comision and after 2 weeks they just sent me an email with apologises, no calls, no updates, nothing disapointed

SCAM Quoted 350 and next day pick up. I should have known this was a scam!! Made me pay $110 deposit. Price jumped to $550 and dates kept changing. I cancelled and asked for my money to be refunded. I’m fighting to get my money back. I don’t believe any of the positive reviews SCAMMERS

Don't use this company, it's a scam, they almost stole my truck.

Scam! Bait and switch. doubled the price of shipment after the car was already in transit. They quote you a price and have you agree to a contract. Then point to a term that says they can change price. That is not what the term says. The reviews giving them five stars are largely fake reviews. read all the same one star reviews. These people are modern day highway robbers. Was told if I didn't pay they would not release the car. They tell you can only pay in cash so you have no recourse accept to sue them. Contract has a jurisdiction clause that only allows you to sue in federal court in Northern district of California. Do not do business with this organization. They will not keep any promise.

I would never use this company lied about the price and pick up date..I was told $175 was the price to ship my car. I have it recorded them saying the price wouldn’t go up Then they called me day after my car was supposed to be shipped saying the price went up to $375 because they could find someone to ship it that cheap. When I asked if I could cancel it I could but I would have to pay $200 fee. I wouldn’t trust the company or Zara Kevin which is the person who I was working with like I said I have recording and text messages proving they lied……Stay away from this company. Don’t trust any of the 5 star reviews they paid people to put them on here. Update a few days after posting this review Zara Kevin called me asking to take it down if I did he would discount the next time I ship a car you can’t make this up.

For starters, this was my first time having my car shipped and I must say that it was a horrible experience with this company. They exhibit a high level of dishonesty. To secure the deposit, they give you a price, but then double it. I would never suggest them to anyone! I feel I was robbed and misled! It's my belief that they waited until the day before or the day after to inform you that the price had gone up! Realizing that you have no alternatives. Avoid booking with this company! I just want to fair warn anyone please DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!! I WANT SOME OF MY MONEY BACK!!!
