I love smart muffins but I buy a they are not cooked all the way. I bought them recently and they were this way yet again. Before this I bought them again I tried to contact them about the products. I had to email a call several times to reach someone. Only to reach a very rude man who accused me of lying because it happens so often to me. Yet it’s well known that the Banana Nut Smart Muffins have this issue. But because I had the issue with the Apple Cinnamon I was lying!! Had it twice now lots of rude comments!! I’ve ate an purchased them for years I know how they should taste. I’m not going to be treated this way an waste my money on this product anymore! I guess I just wasted money because I have uncooked fully muffins currently in my freezer and I’m not dealing with customer service to treat me that way again!

I found a whole batch of their banana nut muffins stale and they would not accept returns even though it was right the day after I received it. They said it is against their 'policy'. I have never heard anything like this before. They did not reply to my emails and I had to chase them several times in order to reach a live person over phone even though I called during business hours. After I finally reached a live person, someone blurted 'policy' on my face
