I had a good experience working with Smart Auto Move their price was better than the other well known companies in this industry, and their customer service was excellent. My vehicles were picked up and delivered within the time i was told they would be delivered without any delays and both were in perfect condition. The communication was top notch with calls, text and emails.

I had a wonderful experience working with Smart Auto Move to have my 2026 Tesla Model Y shipped by truck from Anaheim CA to McKinney TX. I picked this company because they were recommended as one of the top companies for car shipping from California to Texas by Gemini. I liked the fact that they have physical locations in both California and Texas, I spoke with many other companies who were based in other states without any physical locations. Another thing I noticed while researching and comparing Smart Auto Move to Road Runner, Montway, etc was that all of the other companies claimed to have the best prices although they were all almost the same, but Smart Auto appeared more in discussions about delivering their customer’s cars safely and on time more than any of the others. My car was picked up on July 25th my preferred date and was delivered on the 28th exactly as they said it would. Communication was great with calls, text and emails so I felt like I was always in the know. Hope this helps others trying to navigate who to trust with their vehicle shipping.

This company was fantastic shipping my Honda Cr-v from Los Angeles to my new home in Port Saint Lucie, FL. Their price wasn’t the lowest of the many quotes I received, but after speaking with many of the other companies and doing research on BBB.org and similar sites, I felt most comfortable with Smart Auto Move as being the most legitimate and reliable option. Their focus on safety and keeping to schedule was something that really mattered to me. I would highly recommend for shipping a personal vehicle.

Great job by the people at Smart Auto Mov. We were kind of in a pinch after Navi Auto Transport left us hanging, and said they couldn’t find a driver even though we booked with them a week in advance. But Smart Auto saved our plans. I dont remember the representatives name but he was very informative. The delivery was smooth. This is the first time ive ever needed to transpot my car and it was great.
