Our firm came to SA a little hesitant on what we'd get partnering with them. So far I've been impressed by the ongoing coaching and support from Mitch and our team. As our needs and situation has evolved they've helped us not only to ensure we are getting quality lead flow but also helping us understand our sales process for these types of leads (similar to leads we are getting from other non-digital sources but requiring a slightly different approach) and making sure we are closing business. A lot of digital lead companies lack the professionalism and personal service SA offers and we've used 3-4 others (one literally went bankrupt on us). Very happy so far.

I have been using SmartAsset for close to 2 years now and will be renewing for another year. This service is not for everyone. SmartAsset was upfront from the beginning about their leads and what they look like. Most leads start out as people just looking for information and blowing you off. You will get leads that are people looking for an advisor and are almost layups. You need to make the calls and work the leads to really benefit. Some of those cold leads will end up being clients. It's work. It's tough to make a bunch of calls to people irritated you called but you have to find the ones that are looking for help. Their technology is fantastic and it integrates with SalesForce. I get great help from my account manager Sean Dhillon and help with tech when needed. From everything I have read and speaking to other advisors who have used other lead services, SmartAsset seems to be doing it best. I have closed enough business for the service to pay for itself and the longer I use it, the more profitable it becomes.
