Once again, I try to end out text messages, and some are delivered, and others are not delivered. I have reached out to customer service. Let's see how long it wil take them to just even answer me.

I used their service. Their app keeps logging out (so anyone who tries calling me once I'm logged out can't reach me). I tried to port out my number but they refuse to give me my transfer PIN number. STAY AWAY!

A criminal enterprise, run by a Bulgarian scammer through a UK dissolved company according to public records. Refuses to port number, which is illegal. Does not respond to support emails. Disabled SMS receiving on the number we paid for.

I don't see the need to give this app any stars because it's nothing but a scam and lies. I bought a number at the same time, and I noticed it wasn't connecting. I had to call the number 10 times before it connected. I reported, and no one helped. When I asked for a refund, they closed my account without issuing one. I have emailed them so many times, but no one has responded. I advise that no one should waste money on these people. The authority should look into these people—they need to be processed.

I have been using SLYNUMBER for my personal and business communications, and the service has effectively been unusable for over a month. In mid-October the app started logging me out automatically every day, which caused me to miss an emergency call even though my phone and Wi-Fi were working normally. A few days later, all of my messages disappeared and I stopped receiving any new ones. Since then I have repeatedly contacted support, followed every instruction (log out/in, uninstall/reinstall, check notifications, send diagnostic files and screenshots), and sent multiple “ESCALATE” emails as requested. I have attached the same diagnostic file several times and clearly explained that no messages appear in the app even when notifications arrive. Despite this, I keep getting generic replies asking me to explain the issue again, which makes it clear that my previous messages and attachments are not being properly reviewed. As of mid-November, I still have no access to my message history and still cannot reliably receive new messages. Losing a month of communications and having such poor follow-through from support is unacceptable for a service that is supposed to handle phone and text communication. Based on my experience, I cannot rely on SLYNUMBER for anything important.

I recently purchased a number from SlyNumber. The website and service looked good, so I decided to use it. However, I am not able to send SMS messages right now. The messages are not going through. So I contacted with support team but, they're not reply. I think this is bad service.

This app is a very shitty app , stay away and beware . Support doesn’t exist . They don’t reply to emails . They are scammers . Beware and they refuse to refund .

Very bad service. The WiFi calling almost never works and when you contact them via email they don’t answer. Don’t waste your money on this!
