I rehab houses, so I buy a lot of appliances. Chris Slyman is always quick to respond. And helpful. I really appreciate that the appliances are available in about a week, the delivery and old appliance take-away.

Dan was wonderful to work with. He has a great personality, super energetic, and Provided me with excellent customer service when it came to purchasing and setting up the installation for my new washing machine. Prior to today I was under the impression that my washing machine will not arrive until March 2 Dan dug a little deeper today and found out that we could have a delivered on 11 February!

Had a really good experience purchasing a dishwasher from Matt Gore. He is so nice and personable. Explained everything and made purchasing easy and quick. Will definitely come back to this store for appliances in the future.

We purchased a new dishwasher this afteroon from Slyman Bros. and dealt with Jake who did an excellent job of explaining features and comparisons. We really wanted a Bosch 800 Series but 6 to 8 weeks out was a no sale but we landed on KitchenAid which is what we are replacing so we are pleased. Thanks Jake - Go Blues!!

They have just made a repeat customer. Everyone was friendly, no haggle and very attentive customer service. Never felt as though I was bothering them even with my 3yr old Granddaughter. I really liked the cozy show room experience which had a much larger selection the the big box stores.
