They provided us with detailed information & guidance on each of the appliances. They ensured we understood how to operate & maintain each one of them. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable of the products. We found them to be very courteous in answering all our questions. Ordered a stack washer and dryer for a great price on their website, then received a call two days later saying they made a pricing error and we could either pay an additional $600 or they would cancel our order.

Salesman listened to what I wanted, took me to it exactly, answered a couple questions, and we were done in five minutes. Installers were on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up. Unit works perfectly, and I got several hundred dollar discount for floor model. Couldn't be happier.
