I ordered a recliner it got delivered ,right arm was loose upon delivery ,a technician guy came to fix it but now there's a small rip where the stress of the arm not being on right in the first place,and hard to get help with that tear,tried to call many times no help .I never but from them again.

We got a coffee table and a sofa table and had a difficult time discarding the boxes and packing materials. Later, a so-called supervisor says the company offers full service delivery. There's a communications problem at Slumberland because clearly I was told that delivery was only made to the door. I will no longer be patronizing Slumberland and I do not recommend this company due to poor delivery operations.

Do NOT go along with their scam of buying the warranty!!!! I’ve called the warranty company twice for my sofa and both companies were a NO CALL, NO SHOW!!

George called to handle our couch issue, where 3 couches have been delivered damaged. I have taken 3 days of vacation for delivery and explained that a 15% discount is an insult. They also told us 2-4 week delivery, mind you this was in November of 2204, we did not receive our couches until Feb 2025. Almost August now 15% discount was offered after taking 3 days of vacation. Supervisor George called, cut me off halfway through what we have gone through and said he was talking now and he will arrange the pickup of the furniture. I have asked if they contacted Lazy Boy to explain the problems and not one has made any effort. I have also been in contact with corporate Slumberland regarding George and the terrible experience we have been dealing with since November of 2024 at the Hibbing Slumberland. I have also filed a complaint with Lazy Boy directly to see if they can get resolution.

They will not honor my warranty and I paid a hefty price for all my furniture, and now I have to sit in a broken chair, I will never buy furniture from them ever again and I will never Refer.you guys to anyone and I get hung up on and no one called me back, if I knew they were like this I would of brought my furniture some where else. Very disappointed and pissed off customer.

First thing, everyone needs to make sure that your salesperson notates all the items discussed. My salesperson, Frank, stated that they would be removing my bed and boxsprings during delivery and that he would waive the fee. He did not notate that on my invoice. When they came to deliver, they would not pick up the boxsprings and mattress. After calling the store I was called a liar by an employee "frank wouldn't say that" and the manager gave me the run around that Frank is working at another store and couldn't be contacted. I had to take off work in order to recieve my goods due to their delivery schedule. I had to turn down delivery, I am a disabled veteran and cannot remove the items myself. So, not only am I out money due to their unreasonable delivery schedule, I have to schedule more time off in order to get the delivery. All this could've been taken care of for 120.00 dollars, but they still wouldn't take the items onto their truck because it wasn't on their invoice. If the people at Slumberland read this, DO BETTER! ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER AND FRANK. P.S. the delivery people say this happens all the time.

I do not recommend anyone buy furniture from this company and additionally do not purchase the protection plan, it’s a waste of money. I bought a couch and the stitching on the arm came apart, the stuffing is falling out. I also bought the protection plan, that covers rips, stains and structural damage. However, I discovered today that none of this is covered. They didn’t even want to see a picture or anything, it’s just not covered. So, if you want cheaply made furniture that falls apart and does not last long, this is the store for you! If you are looking for good quality furniture that will last more than a year, take your business elsewhere! I learned the hard way, so I’m leaving this review to hopefully keep this from happening to others.
