Scam Scam Scam! Don't. Do. It! I would give it -infinity stars if I could. I placed my order Jan 28. Contacted and contacted. My tracking went from China (which it doesn't state anywhere in the website) to "LA" and sat in "LA" for about 10 days. Seller finally contacted me back with updated tracking. Says it was delivered to my home on Feb 20. No it wasn't. I will receive an email from the post office several days before I have a package being delivered, never received one (therefore, they never even got the tracking info or package from this scampany). Also, I guess I was blocked on Facebook by this scampany, because I kept commenting on their ads that it's a scam. I can no longer see their page. 😂 I filed a claim with PayPal, so hopefully I can get my money back.

Order never received! Emailed customer service twice and got the.same generic reply back eventually from a Sarah who has two different email addresses in Germany. Item shipped from China with tracking that stops after February 10th. I just keep being told to see their shipping policy (it's past 4-12 days for delivery in the US).This is definitely a scam and I now have to fight it as fraud.

Misleading Facebook ad, I thought I was getting two pillows, only one arrived, very small pillow and pricey for what it is. Poor customer service, they don't reply, so no way to return despite the website saying you can. Avoid

The pillow didn't arrive. Im in UK. This is a scam. Don't fall for it. Im now getting hold of my bank for a refund as their customer support doesn't exist. Trust me, I've been there.

I ordered Christmas gifts 11/25/24 and received them well into January. Tracking was meaningless. I ordered them twice, thinking there was a problem with the original order, and need to return the second order. I have yet to receive a reply (8 days later) to my email requesting a return shipping label. I was advised in mid-December that only defective items can be returned at all. The products were not worth the money, I would never order again from this company nor would I recommend it. Beware.

Purchased over a week ago for upcoming travel. It was not clear anywhere on the website that this was being shipped from China. The tracking link is not informative as to where the parcel is, nor when it can be expected. I have emailed customer service four times now requesting shipping timeframes and approximate delivery date. I receive what feels like an automated response that simply repeats “it will be with you shortly” and asking me to review shipping times on the website - however the website simply states shipping times to the USA and not the UK. Something tells me this order will not be received and I will need to raise a dispute with my bank to get the funds returned. AVOID.
