Ordered something and it was delayed. I asked if I can cancel they said no because it had shipped but I can return when received. Their return policy is within 30 days unused in original package. The product is. I’ve requested a return and they won’t, claiming they want “don’t want to hassle me with a return” and that they’ll give me 10% back. lol what a scam

This is a scammer. I ordered Paw patrol Toy Car Playset Slide Tower Kids Vehicle Garage Set for my daughter’s Christmas gift. I ordered it because the website says deliver will be 2-5days. But I didn’t received it at least 2 weeks. When I track it, it was delivering from China. I asked them to cancel it because delivery takes much longer than what it says. They said they cannot do anything because it already shipped. And when I received it, it was completely fake. The picture on the website shown the real paw patrol dogs but what I received was completely fake ones with all written in Chinese the dogs doesn’t even have same faces. I asked for refund and they told me I’ll have to ship it back to China and I have to pay the shipping cost by my self. I’ve never had this horrible customer service even they sent me a fake item. Please don’t trust this company.

This place is a scam. Do not order from them. You get sent trash from China that is nothing like the photos and they refuse to take responsibility and also hide behind their Ts & Cs which say no refunds. Clearly the no refunds is a policy because they know they are scamming people.

Total scam. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Please don’t buy anything from this company. They are scamming you. It’s all set up to take your money and you will never get it back.

Nowhere during the ordering process did it state the product was being delivered direct from China. There was a delay in my order arriving for which they sent a 'sorry here's 10% off your next order code' ( very presumptios as not even received first order yet!) The best part about that was when the pillow arrived the same code was in the package so it was hardly an apology! How these pillows can be marketed as use for toddlers is beyond me - it is tiny! Not even enough space to turn over without his head coming off the pillow, complete waste of money! £28 spent and I've since found out the exact same product is on amazon for £9. Avoid like the plague!

I ordered a pillow on Feb 1, 2025 and now it’s May 25th 2025 , and I have still not received my order . I sent several emails to support but never received a response. They are keeping mum and never even offered to refund my money . Completely dishonest business .

This is a scam at its finest. Ordered pillows with package protection. This place claims my order was delivered. Post office driver says he never delivers a package on that day. Company will not provide me with a tracking number… only their garbage order number that doesn’t do anything.

Have not received order. Contacted company and was sent tracking information which is not valid. Requested refund. Have not heard from them.
