I'd been ordering from them for several years with no issues. Then my favorite strain was sold out for six months and when I FINALLY logged in to find it available, I started a subscription for it monthly. Almost immediately, things went downhill. Again, they couldn't fulfill the order, I tried to swap, changed my order, wrote to them about problems with website and got the same run-around and phony excuses and promises to have someone look into it. They were fine for a while but have clearly tanked. There are other places online with more strains, good prices and so far, no aggravation.

Their website false advertises their inventory and gate-keeps the strains that are desired the most with no grace or professionalism. They ignored my inquiry about collecting all the Card Collectibles in their Juiced* and Mini-Blunt 5-Packs and continue to say they’re escalating my requests to a team that can further help. Well they never reached out and are ignoring me completely when I have orders I paid for. No help, no resolution, no grace. They show favoritism to only wholesale clients and refuse to sell the packs I am missing from my collection even when having the full amount ready to pay for it immediately. My current package not only has been continuously delayed but it’s been past the normal time, 8 days, and it continued to be held back or not delivered when it’s in next city over. When asking for help in all these situations, no one seems to care other than Ruth. The rest of the agents ignored my goal of collecting all the cards. Even when asking kindly at first. Not only does this hurt me by being treated like I don’t exist. I am a loyal customer that has always bought their products. To be treated like this and not prioritize my request and even concerns about my packages coming tampered with and not being delivered is an atrocity. But they claim to have a 30 day period if the product isn’t liked they will make things right. This is not true however and another area of false advertisement. I am very discouraged and distraught by how I am being treated and it truly breaks my heart as a loyal fan and collector. Save yourself the trouble and don’t start being a collector of their products. They won’t let you collect all of them which leaves an empty hole in your heart and an incomplete collection when it means so much to me. Sincerely, James

Do not order from this website there are soo many others that send your product right away. I ordered on May 12th and were almost 3 weeks in and they still haven’t shipped. I emailed and they said it’s on the way but they clearly are lying. It’s a scam do not waste your money. And I guarantee all the 4/5 stars on this website are fake

Ordered on Tuesday before Memorial Day and product never shipped and it’s now day after Memorial Day and contacted them and my reply was a condesending email. No discount or anything offered. Here it is two days after Memorial Day and still not sent. They claim post office never came to pick it up. And best yet they are three hours away. My previous orders came in two days. BS…. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Not worth it for expensive crap the….. there are much better cheaper companies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My item wasn't delivered and I ordered it on the 8th of May and now it's the 24th and still no vape. Contacting customer service is a waste of time because they give you the run around every time to stop from refunding your money. I will be filing a LAW SUIT for a refund cause they failed to refund my money and keep sending me automated messenges. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I went to do the promo of the free item with payment for shipping and handling. I did enter the correct address and when I went to use my Google pay, the shipping address changed without confirmation. I reached out immediately and was given a swift response with the correct address and then asking for my confirmation in which I gave. Should have been fine right? Turns out that correspondence was for nothing and nothing was changed and despite having taken the screen shot of this incident I was pretty much told, too late. I wonder why even bother to make it seem as if the address was corrected when it wasn't followed by a "too bad, so sad" type of response when that was a dropping of the ball on their end. I truly am looking to find a quality product to be delivered and clearly this one isn't about building their customer base. So I wasted money and received false customer service and left with nothing but know what delivery company is unreliable.

This place is ridiculous!!! Do not EVER get an autoship subscription!! I have been trying to cancel mine for 1 month now & they keep taking money from my card every 2 weeks!!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! They only want to rip you off!!! Name is " Rosie " she's worthless... All I get is rude messages from her saying she's cancelled it but then more money comes out of my card!!!!! Be careful with this place!!!!!!!!!

Awful product. I was excited and believed the hype. Don’t make my mistake, this company thrives off the hype and under delivers. This is below gas station grade
