Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS)Reviews of sls.net

The Representative I spoke with was very helpful and attentive. She was an excellent agent to portray your company

Wonderful customer service, friendly and personal.

I called concerning a payment that I made that had been posted differently than I desired. The representative was able to easily take care of the issue. Plus I wasn't on hold on the phone forever like any other place you try to call.

Friendly and efficient service!

I’m working on building a relationship with a Comerica bank in San Antonio as I’ve just moved. Comerica bank employees in Houston helped me contact the right group in the loan department. I use the internet when I can, it has a great user interface Employees have always helped me when I had an issue. The house loan went well. The loan requirements were actually good for me. Comerica made sure I knew what items were being reviewed with the seller. The loan specialist kept me from making a potential mistake.

Knowledgeable, committed, attentive, one call fixed it all agent made it all seem easy.

The company representative was prompt in answering my call and answering my question.

Fast, friendly customer service.
