Abby, The Customer Service Agent, was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to my account. She was great to work with.

This account was not reporting to the credit bureaus. Quickly, after escalation, I found my concerns were addressed completely.

A payment I made was somehow lost. The rep who helped me made sure it was researched, they found it, and she called me the next day. Everything was corrected, and she made sure I understood before she hung up. Very kind, compassionate,professional, and excellent at her job. I appreciated this very much.

Just purchased a new home in Frisco, TX. Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS) purchased the loan from Thrive Mortgage. I received a welcome call within days from SLS and thanked me for my recent purchase and shared they were here to help with anything I may need. Several days later I received another call from SLS to check in and see how the unpacking was going. They reminded me my first payment would be due on 8/1/2022 and walked me through their online payment options. Again, very courteous and helpful. I’m very impressed with their service level. Made me feel special and valued as a customer. Highly recommend this fine company!

I sent an email to get a payoff quote and had my quote back the next day. I then called customer service to touch base with a person about wiring payoff funds. The lady was very pleasant and assured me SLS would help me with any questions I may have. She was very helpful. In the past 10 years or so I have always found SLS to be polite and willing to help you. I think they are hands above anyone else as far as customer service goes. Thank you.
