Pathetic service. Replacement is taking very long time, only mail corresponding is going on.

my shipment was suppose to reach on Aug 8th , till now i havent recd and shipment, reached through whatsapp , no response, called in customer care no , no response , after 3 days one call was picked but the rep was so rude that she says ' yes it happens , if you want to escalate in social media go ahead '' now response till today, i paid my money , no shipment for a month , send mail , no response, can someone let me know how to registar a official complaint on this service provider.

I recently ordered dumbells from their website. The picture showed a pair of dumbells and the company website was showing a promotion where the product was selling at a discount of around 20%. I ordered a pair after comparing the price of the same pair of it with prices in Amazon and flipkart where the price was 2300 odd for a pair while the company site showed 1600 after taking into account the promotion. To my Shock, I received only one dumbell and these guys while showing the pic of a pair were quoting the price of a single dumbell!! and it was in the fine print just before you place the order. It turns out they are selling their product at there own website at 150 % of the product price in amazon and flipkart and deceiving people by showing huge discount. They even refused to give a refund even though i informed them immediately of such deception and even before dispatch of the product. Really unethical lot of guys Deep

Pathetic company and customer service, no screw pull up bar which was advertised, later got ascrew with the package to drill the bar. Asked for return, but directly declined from the company

Please don't trust this slovic.com website in which tiger Shroff is featured. I ordered one pull bar and it got delivered but half of the items where missing. I emailed them and they agreed that few items got missed will send those. Now I am yet to receive those items and there is no status and the phone number given nobody picking it.

Ordered a complete set of fitness bands with many accessories but was delivered some small bands! After that no response on email and no one is pick calls. Looks like a fraud brand!
