They do not want to pay off winnings, nor respond to emails. They so-called "live chats" are a waste of time and energy. You only get generalized responses with no resolution. A scam and a sham.

I had to keep sending documents (drivers licenses, proof of address etc.) and they finally said they would send a check in 8-10 days. Of course it didn’t come so I contacted them again. They said it was their fault but too late to send a check a wire transfer was the only way. They wanted all my banking info including when I opened the account, my city and state of birth, on and on. They would have had enough to definitely steal my identity and anything in my bank account. STAY AWAY!!!!

I tried to withdraw my winnings, and was rudely informed that they would not approve it. This being months after I initially won and had been waiting for someone to contact me? Never a response until I tried to message them today and was given that answer of NO! , they advised me to just play all of it for fun & my balance went under $5 then I could make a deposit and try over!? Just like everybody else, here I was robbed of my winnings after accepting their offers and making a deposit. They told me.I took advantage of two offers in a row without making a deposit first.So my winnings are void. Crooks, these liars and cheats, that's all these people are. I'm amazed that they still have a website. They literally rip off almost everybody that they come in contact with. Ninety nine percent one star reviews. Garbage

They are scam artist, I had a winning of $4,500 and I sent in the same documents over and over again just for them to send me an email saying my withdrawal was approved and locked me out my account almost two months later I still don’t have my winnings, no one replies to my emails! I can not log back in to talk to someone. The FBI needs to do something about them they are scam artist. There is no telling what they are doing with our personal information, the information they ask for to process withdrawals is enough to ruin anyone’s life. Who ever is running scheme has a dark heart and no empathy for people. Stop this fake casino and recover our funds in the name Jesus.

The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because they DID pay ($2300) although it was passed the 7-10 business days by 4 days. I would like to mention that while my withdrawal was pending i still played but very little (made 2 deposits of $50) because I didn’t want to win and go through the same ordeal lol. Regardless of all this these companies should be able to pay( crypto) within minutes after verification, and Slots of Vegas is no exception. These guys are trying to do the right thing it seems, hopefully they keep it up which is why I rated 4 stars to help them a bit.
