I have been told 30 minutes withdrawal once ID verified and crypto verified from a deposit which I am. Then have been told 96 hours (4 days) Then above with customer service told it could take 7 days even longer. Currently dealing with manager Anisha McDowell after asking Trey Wilson service rep 4 times to transfer as he was not willing to do. Will be taking legal actions depending on how much longer this takes.

Slots garden is the biggest scam out there. They will not pay out. Do not deposit using crypto, they’ll just take your money, if you win, they won’t pay you. Biggest scam, they need to be shut down.

What a horrible online casino. Please play somewhere else. The worst help line I have ever dealt with. Their claim of fast payouts is just a joke. Took forever to get paid out. They make their terms and conditions so complicated, so that players give up on getting paid out. I had to fight with them for over a month, and finally got paid. Very untrustworthy.

Slots Garden is not paying out any winnings. I kept on sending documents requested by them and after they couldn't think of another excuse, they started to ignore me. They are scammers and I will make it my life mission to stop them from scamming more people. They don't know me. I will run with it till the end. I read an enormous amount of bad reviews about them, unfortunately, too late for me, but not for the ones reading my review. Don't deposit any money at Slots Garden !

Just as most of everyone is stating, these sites are a scam and shouldnt be allowed to do business. They shove non stop bonuses down your throat with ridiculous playthrough requirements. And even if you meet the requirements, they will still remove all your winnings. Their terms and conditions are a joke. I am deleting all my accounts and will never play on these sites again. Good luck getting a withdrawal. You will get taken for a joyride and expect a run around too. I had my winnings removed from my account after I met the playthrough requirements. Because I didn't make a deposit. If they offer you free spins and or any bonus, don't fall for the scam. It's all a scam. As one person mentioned, we need to come together and file a class action against this joke of a company. I'm glad I never made a deposit. I never will either after all my winnings were taken away. Don't play for Enclave. Don't do it. Save your money!

Absolutely horrible! It said I had 4700’that I could withdraw; and they tried to tell me the maximum amount was 200. When the playthrough was 10,000?! Then when I proved them wrong, they kept arguing with me and got off the chat.

I cashed out 75.00 and casino wanted. Me today 10.00 to verify my account and that ii whould get it back.Liers.They made up that I have 2 accounts.Liers just the same.Im never playing on thier sites.all crooks

there is definitely enough of us that have gotten ripped off & have screen shots, if we all pick up the phone & call lawyers from your area, we are all over the map there has to be a lawyer who will do a civil suit against them. whoever gets one to except post name of firm here so we can all contact & send all info we have. with all the runaround & lies. there is lies written right on their pages plus many of us have messages from them with bull**** screenshot everything you think could help. & I believe if we all took just 20 min each to call few lawyers it would be hundreds of lawyers has to be one that's hungry & would take the case.
