Terrible site. Very difficult to get any winnings and it's capped at £500. Awful communication. I have tried 4 times to close the account even that they cannot do easily. Many negative reviews on different sites. Often other sites make it difficult to withdraw but once you verify it's straightforward. This site finds reason upon reason to not allow you to withdraw. Stay away it's a awful site with really bad customer service

Spela inte på detta casino ! PlaynGo slott har 85 % RTP ocx det är en kriminell baserad casino som inte betalar ut vinster! 100 freespin som välkomstbonus betalar max 20% RTP och hela detta ledningen borde fängslas omgående!

The site didn't credit my bonuses and told me winning bets weren't winners even after id shown them bet receipts and placings from other sites. In one message they told me my horse had won and lost regarding the same bet !. Customer Service is AI and they've blocked me for no reason apart from asking them to pay my winnings. Now I can't access live chat and emails bounce. Absolutely disgusting how they get away with it
