Well I would like the money that I'm owed it was so quick to take the money out of my account $25 and I do all that play through to work all that money up and for this to be sitting here no garbage that's this place is garbage scam.

Looked on Facebook and it said it was a casino in Louisiana that I've been to already. Played won ans tried to withdrawal when I discovered I had to make a total of 1000 dollars before I could cash out. I requested my payout of 1100 dollars sent all the information required. The withdrawal was approved on 5/13/25 according to the agent tjat I was emailing.Had a chat session 5/17/25 who said my payout was sent to the processor and gave me a payout ID number. Still no deposit Today 5/24/25 I spoke with another agent who said it's pending I can check in my history to view the process. All I can see is what I have played. Once you ask any legal questions they send you to the survey. Is this a scam, should this site be reported to someone? Has any body gotten paid, where's my money?

If I can give them 0 stars I would. I downloaded this game and started playing. I won over $300 when I tried to request my money they would not send it to me. I’ve played several casino games and had no issue with receiving my money, but this game site is ridiculous. I filled in all my information and it keeps saying that it’s an error. I went on the Facebook Website to see if anyone else had have the same issues and they have, it’s an ongoing issue with this company do not Play this game or download this app. They’re a scam. I am going to try and reach out to customer service but I’m done with this game. They’re not taking any more of my money if they don’t want to pay.

This company is luring people to their site under false pretenses by using the logos of real casinos and making it appear as if that is who they are. It is a huge scam!! Please do not deposit money on this site as you will not win and they are not who they say they are. For me, they fraudulently used Hollywood Casino Columbus as a front to lead me to their site I am starting a class action and is this has happened to you please contact me at jake.tovar419hotmailcom.

I've spent the last two weeks trying to get them to honor the welcome package that they offered from the first day it gave me the 300 % of my deposit but I was supposed to get 30 free spins also they never gave me even one free spins when I contacted customer support they argued with me for over an hour that I had multiple accounts with in my household and when I tried to explain their was no one else in my household and to delete any other accounts in my name they said that they couldn't delete my account and even after I called back or vot in touch with them the second time they said that they where passing it on to their survivors and that they would contact me via email and I havent heard a word from them yet

If you win at all you will get paid. Takes a while but you'll get paid. But after that your a "skilled player" according to them. So unlike every other casino out there, they use this as an excuse to give you nothing. I mean nothing in the form of comp points, cashback or promotions. There is too many online casinos that are great and offer all kinds of benefits for playing their casino. Avoid this one! Play anywhere else.

I thought in Arizona this kind of gambling online is illegal? No slots online is legal. Am I correct?

I am. Responding to slots and casinos response. They suggest I use chat which I did it's a bot. It's. Now been well over 2 weeks and for some unknown tongue and cheek reason.I still have not been verified. Do not use this website. They have no intention of paying out. It's total fraud and a scam. There is. No license number on the site. There is no telephone number on the site. You cannot reach them.
