I have been trying to get support with my verification for my documents nothing's wrong with him they've just been sitting there for 2 days now processing it says. I've tried reaching out to support three or four occasions and nobody has let me know anything no email nothing I won on a $10 token they sent me in an email I got through the play through and able to withdraw now but I can't because support is not answering me or anything.
