Had a bad withdrawal experience with this... The customer support was there but sorting things out was very slow.

They have a decent selection of games they seem to of in recent months made live chat 24/7 which I think is very good, as before, as soon as it hit midnight the live chat was closed, so that was frustrating, but since it’s now 24/7 it’s a lot more assuring to know you can speak to somebody whenever you need too. The only thing I don’t like is that you have to wait a full 48 hours before they release your withdrawal from pending, I can understand if that was for new players, but IMO if you are fully verified on their site then you shouldn’t have to wait that long. If it wasn’t for that fact I would of rated them higher, so unless they manage to change that then I’ll stick to the bigger gaming sites that don’t have that rule.
