At first Everything was fine. And then when I drive out of town if it’s in my family, I put in the request. I was asking for additional information I sent it in. And now I had to justify why my activity was from another state. That of which I did! Then was told I had to wait another 3-5 business days for my account to be verified! This is my 2nd or third withdrawal from this site which means my account has already been verified!!! Why all of a sudden do I need to wait even longer when I provided the requested information. And I’ve already waited an exuberant amount of time already! These sites are getting shady-er and shady-er!!! I think I’m gonna narrow it down to 3-5 and be done with it! This site takes massive amounts of deposits without verification then if you win and try to Withdrawl right away you are put into a week of verification. Waste of money. I will never play there again.

It could or rather would be an extremely great casino if one wasnt restricted so much,coz when spending your points but are unable to actually use it,now u have free spins which you cant use. the customer support is kind, but my account was suspended after they owed me money and when I tried to get reinstated they said my account was flagged for security review.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got an email with a code for free spins, no deposit required, I go to use it and guess what, it says I need to make a deposit to claim the free spins. Lol. How does that make sense. ? I reached out to customer service who didn't help explain anything at all. So. I HIGHLY doubt I'll make a deposit on their site if they just send fake emails out with bogus codes that lie.
