App used to be great until they turned from a player vs player app to a money pot app and they still label themselves as player vs player it’s not anymore and they made bonus cash have no face value and added a membership fee just to withdraw ur money if you have any decent amount above the $100 limit wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone in its current state they need to revert these changes.

I have never in my life had a harder time trying to get my money on any other platform. One time I had just paid for a membership so that I could have a higher redemption amount. I also plugged in a code they emailed me around the same time.. guess what happened. They locked my funds for an entire 30 days because I had used a promo code they offered me. When I reached out to support several times requesting a refund for my membership as that is the only reason any one would want to buy anything from this site, I heard crickets. No one cared. And no one responded. I never paid for a membership from them again. It took me 5 months to redeem 500 dollars because their redemption is capped at 100 every 30 days unless you pay in for a membership. I also noticed that memberships used to be 9.99 but once I started to redeem they quickly jumped to 19.99 and you still had a cap of 250. Which I never got to use because I used a promo code. I can understand locking the funds that the promo code gave but not locking the money that I had already accumulated prior. I got my money from this place and I will never return.

Biggest scam ever encountered. Good luck getting your money! They take it but will not pay out what is owed!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A SINGLE DOLLAR!!! April 14th still waiting to get my winnings.

First off, I want to let everybody know I am not a bot. I am not AI, and I am not paid to do this review. I am just trying to make sure people understand what a legit business is and what it is not. I know these guys seem very shady. For me personally, I received a promo code in my email about possibly getting more money if I bet on certain teams, without having to deposit anything. I figured I would try it out. I went to the website, bet on a couple of NBA games, and won a good $300 according to the app. When I went to request my payment, I saw they only had two options: 1. Get a physical check. 2. Spend $99 a month for their premium monthly subscription to get your winnings directly deposited into your account. I thought the subscription was ridiculous, but I also thought the check option was really shady because checks can get lost in the mail. I was convinced they were a total BS scam company because I was waiting on my profile to be validated for over three months—it was stuck on Social Security verification forever. The verification process was a nightmare, and customer service is impossible to get a hold of. You can email them, but they just send you into a loop, asking for order numbers or telling you their website is updating. It is ridiculous how customer service takes forever to respond and sounds exactly like an AI sympathy bot. What is so wrong with talking to real people? All we want is just the truth. After a few months of randomly checking the website, I saw that my verification was finally complete. I went to request my payout, and they told me I could only get a $100 maximum per payout, or the whole amount if I signed up for their $99 per month premium service. I refused to pay that monthly fee, so I opted to just get a check. It took about two weeks for the first payment to go from processing to complete. About five days after that, I received the first check in the mail. I deposited it into my PayPal and it went through perfectly without bouncing. I went back to the website and requested a second payment of $100. Within three days, it arrived. Unlike the first one, which was stuck on processing forever, this second check only took about half a day to validate. I am happy to tell you guys that even though it is a total nightmare, if you have some patience, you will get paid. I got both of those checks, deposited them, and had no bounce backs or chargebacks. This company is legitimate, even though they have some shady practices. I recommend it if you don't mind dealing with a little bit of a hassle.

I requested a payout of 100.00 because that all they let me take out! It’s been 14 days still no check in the mail! Now it’s telling me I can’t get the rest of my money out! Can someone please help me! Customer service is horrible!
