Horrible service. I’ve been contacting them for over 3 months to change my phone number because I have 200$ to cash out on there and 300 to play with, at this point they are just ignoring me, I plan on writing a bbb report after this review. Stay away from these people

I haven’t signed up but am giving them b**** status for not paying! Join FanDuel, DraftKings, onyxodds.com, boom, Fliff, or Courtside! I can guarantee that I have used the free promo codes and won/cashed out atleast 50-500$ on each site. Obviously DraftKings PayPal payment is instant so it’s the best! FanDuel takes 12-24 hrs and onyx is the same. Those are my three top sites that I can guarantee good customer service and payment on! To the owners of this site, I hope you get your butts sued off!!

Terrible site! They withdraw your money from your account without a problem, but when it comes time to collect your winnings, the app doesn’t allow. For 3 months now, I am waiting for my profile to be complete. I put all my information in and yet the system won’t update. Everytime I reached out to them about verifying my information and withdrawing my money, they keep sending me the same generic email asking if it’s a New or Same issue. Then they never respond! This is a terrible site with no customer service and I would not recommend anyone getting involved with it!

No stars this website is a scam. Have a payout in the processing stage for 2 months. Have reached out to them in every possible way multiple times with no response. Have an appointment with an attorney next week. I will be filing a lawsuit. From what I've read I won't be the only one.

After I hit for $2500.00 it’s been a nightmare trying to cash out because of the cash out LIMIT. I have yet to receive ALL of my money because of this and not only that but they have decided to raise the subscription price to $40.00 bucks a month which I refuse to pay so I deleted my account on april 23 2026. Today is May 17 2026 and I have yet to receive my money $1094.73, I am fully verified and ALL. I have pictures of EVERYTHING! My limit to cash out every months was $500. And ever Single time I tried to cash out it wouldn’t let me, I got tired of the BS! After deleting my account the company decided to take the subscription money out of my account AFTER I DELETED MY ACCOUNT! ITS ALL A SCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! BUYER BRWARE!!! UPDATE: Today is May 30th 2026 I should have received my pay out from slips by now and I have received NOTHING! I closed my account with them April 23 2026 and it said my payment was in the way! Well they tried to lie and say I did not delete my account so I created a new account under a different name, I looked myself up and found NOTHING! So my account was DELETED! THEY HAVE YET TO SEND MY 1,094.73! This site has caused me alot of mental health issues. I am sure it has caused alot of people the same, so I am taking further action. I have contacted a couple of pretty big law firms about this situation with slips, I will continue to update this review and keep Everyone posted on who I hire so that we ALL can get our money or more.

I previously gave Slips a five star review. Since then, I had a problem with withdrawing my money about 2 1/2 months ago and wrote Slips about the issue no less than TEN TIMES. When I did get a response all I got was the stupid automated response they use that says “ so we can answer your inquiry properly -Is this the same issue you’ve already written us about or is this a new issue? After about two months they passed the buck to Aeropay……. But for the two months they would not help me - I was forced to pay $.66 a day ($20 a month) for a subscription that was completely utterly useless because I was not able to access my money. How they run pools is also BS. I bet $120 on the Spurs getting into the finals. The bet platform calculated my estimated win at around $600. It maintain this number all the way up till the pool was over and I was awarded $123. I won $3 for my win I had $100 locked up for weeks and thought I was going to cash out a decent sized payout- nope. 123 measly dollars that I have not been able to do anything with because the app will not let me link my banks. SLIPS should be called SNAKES!!

I completed all four verification steps (email, address, state ID, SSN) months ago and my account confirms everything is complete. Despite this, the payout screen continues to show a verification error preventing any withdrawal. This is clearly a platform-side bug, not anything on my end. I paid $750 for Whale VIP membership expecting priority support. Instead I've been routed through generic support responses, ticket resets, and form replies that don't address my actual issue. I've sent multiple follow-up emails, including escalations, and have received no meaningful response or resolution. The lock period explanations they initially offered (14-day new account lock, 30-day promo lock) are long past. There is no legitimate reason my payout should still be blocked. I'm not someone who leaves reviews lightly — I gave them every opportunity to fix this quietly. At this point other players deserve to know what they may be walking into. Update: Slips replied to this review within minutes telling me to email them, I have already emailed that address numerous times since January — it's the same support queue that has been ignoring me for four months. I sent another email today as instructed. If anything changes I will update this review, but based on the pattern documented here by hundreds of other reviewers, I'm not optimistic.
