On August 26th I contacted Slimvi about my order. One of my simulators did not work, I sent them a email. They asked for me to send them a short video of my problem. I did as they asked, they said they would get back with me have not heard from them since. So I asked them to send me instructions on how to return my order. Still have not heard from them.

The worst company ever I ordered a product from them slim i I never received it and when I called customer service I was told no refunds this was last summer 2021 received a email a few days ago from them offering me a re-ship or my money back only if I take my review down..How dare you contact me a year later and then tell me you will only refund or reship if I take my review down you are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with on a scale of 0 -10 I give slimvi a 0 how dare you slimvi

I returned my product sent ASAP, It was unused, and unopened over 12 weeks ago and have NOT received my refund in any form! My initial email to them was answered promptly, since my return, I have contacted them at least 3 times with no response. It met the criteria to receive my refund. This company is unethical and should be out of business. It’s a sham.

The gel pads did not stick on when I received my order. I sent an email and they sent me stick on gels for free,which was considerate. Unfortunately they did not stick and the device kept falling off. I emailed customer service and requested a refund. No reply. I sent 2 more emails indicating that my device doesn't work. They didn't even reply to my email. Worst customer service and awful product. A waste of time and money.

Immediately after placing the order not even a minute ordering the ab destroyer decided to cancel purchase right after. I was not able to cancel! They make it difficult for you to cancel order. I sent them an email right away just to later receive a response stating due covid they are not taking orders back! I don't even have the product yet! After numerous emails and calls the costumer service does not responded what so ever. It wasn't even process and it took almost 2 months to receive order! To make matters worse I call me bank and let them know on the company policies and they have not heard of company policies in which the company can't cancel order before being shipped. Now I have product that DOES NOT WORK!!and got my money taken!DO NOT BUY!! Product is CRAP and COMPANY is a SCAM! They need a -5 of rating

If I could give a negative -5 star rating I would. I ordered this on May 6th as a gift for someone, and it’s May 15th still in transit, don’t even look like it’s moving at all. Paid $40 for this item, and they scammed me just that quick. They have no respect for their customers, and apparently their products are worthless looking through the others bad reviews, I wished I wouldn’t have ordered from this company. It’s sad even during Covid-19 pandemic, people losing jobs, homes, lives, you still have people take from people because they don’t care. Excellent Customer service matters trust me, this company could use some of that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU SEE MY REVIEW. Save your money, and your time!!!!!!

This company is clearly a scam. I messaged them earlier in the month because I still haven't received my product in over a month It says it's at my post office but it's not. One person responded after multiple emails and said to call my post office so I did and they said they don't know where it's at. So today I messaged them again and got an email back saying that all messages to them have been blocked. I will be going to the better Business bureau and leaving reviews everywhere so everyone knows what a scam this is! And yes I have pictures of the email I got just saying all messages were blocked.

Save your money , nothing works and no one got back to me for a refund, they literally stole My money
