If I could have given no stars I would have. They have asked me 6 times for photo of items damaged and poor quality - not answering emails to request reimbursement - DONT USE THIS ORGANISATION

I ordered the 5D Holographic Starry Sky and Ocean. The items sent were nothing like what was shown on the advert- complete misrepresentation! I emailed, several times, asking for a refund. Guess what? No reply! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. 💯. I would give a minus score if I could. First, notice the name "Slimhubuk". Not actually a UK company as they have USA address and, course,when trying to return the cheap, shoddy, totally useless and wholly misrepresented projector light (£22.99) as per your right under the terms stated in their returns policy "Returns accepted with 14 days".. the only acceptable (to them) return is tooooo - YESS you've guessed it -to CHINA 😱. So, Customer Services (bit of an oxymoron there!!! Even when I sent a screenshot of the information on the RM label which gives the return address as Slough!🤬😅)obviously advised not to return it to China, albeit China apparently being the only "acceptable return address 🤣 because of the expense, but I could keep the piece of junk and they would refund me 30%. I rejected this offer.🤦🏻‍♀️ They went ahead and did it without my consent! Unbelievable arrogance that they have tou trapped. These are just one of thousand of this ty of conpany operating from Chinare just dishonest dishonourable and liars. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEIR TRUST PILOT SCORE AND POSITIVE CUSTOMER REVIEWS ARE POSSIBLY MORE THAN 90% , LESSON LEARNED! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Evidently totally dishonest. Their advert (for the ceiling reflective children's light projector thing), popped up on my game app. Their ad clearly claims they have a 4.9 rating on trustpilot with nearly 2,000 reviews, so I thought I'd check if this was true. It's illegal to totally lie in adverts. Please do not even think about trusting this company. I don't suppose anyone at Google will do anything to stop these adverts containing false claims.

Got scammed by this company. Can’t believe I’ve been so stupid as to be duped by the AI slop of an advert. The advert says the company is called Rebyipo but when you click on the link it takes you to this website. When I received the item it’s absolute crap. Not worth £1

Ordered vacum storage bags costing me more money than I wanted to pay as they doubled my order. Tried to appeal against order but couldn't. They arrived and they don't work as advertised. I strongly would not recommend this company.

Do not purchase the 5D holographic galaxy projector it is nothing like the advert shown. Just one tiny light with 3 tiny slides not worth the money.

Please can someone help me. I ordered large capacity vacuum bags. I have now received 8 more which I didn’t order. So far they have taken 3 different amounts from my bank account. I can’t get in touch with them on the email address they have provided. Can someone help me
