I am a transfer from another provider. My experience thus far from intake to payment has been nothing but seamless. The processes were clear and expectations were communicated and over communicated in a good way. And all the timelines were met or even earlier than anticipated. The patient coordinator Chelsea has been instrumental in answering all my new transfer questions. Especially as a transfer there are a lot of processes that are different from my prior provider, Chelsea made it clear and concise. Chelsea was patient, detailed, friendly, to a point where I can see a smile in the email. I look forward to a new journey of health with SlimDownRx.

I'm a transfer Rx and so far everything is going well. Their response is faster than I expected and they make it very easy to fill out info and explain what you need. When I receive the prescription I will come back to give 5 stars. Edit 09/26/24: I received my compound and supplies 2 days after my initial visit and order! So far my continued experience has been awesome!
