Scam
I wanted to download a textbook for AP US History, so it said I either needed to add payment information or upload two presentations. It took a while to get everything formatted but after I did it the page said my downloads was now available and the button didn't work. Once I reloaded it says I have to do it again. Waste of time.

Bait and switch
I attended a presentation hosted on slideshare. I wanted to download the slides. I clicked the download button. You had to make an account and you had to put in your credit card for a free trial. I did so. Once I had an account, the download slides button had disappeared. There was no way to download the slides, which was the entire point of me making the account. Really frustrating

Even 1 star is a lot for this webpage
Even 1 star is a lot for this webpage, when you look for an item and it shows you download button and when you click that it asks you to login with an account or share your google e-mail which will clearly share your google profile as well! then you come to the next page which asks you to subscribe, in other words you cannot download it for free as you might thought so when you clicked on download now in the first place, this website should be banned!

I wanted only to change my email address
I wanted only to change my email address. Pretty simple. Just edit personal details, save and wait for a confirmation email and respond in the manner described in it. Problem was that the confirmation email never arrived. Neither did the resent confirmation email or the one after that or the one after that. Their auto-response system is broken. Then I had trouble with the drop-down box of options available by clicking on your profile image. Unresponsive. They have a lot of basic tech problems. I contacted Support who suggested I send a screen shoot. How can you take a screenshot of an email never arriving?

Copia de publicaciones ajenas.
Esta empresa me copia publicaciones sin pedir permiso de autor y según, creo entender, después las ofrece por un precio al público.

Complete scam that preys on your need for help
What is the point of sharing slides that can only be downloaded as PDFs? ANSWER: THERE IS NO POINT. What a waste of time and money.
