Pitch Deck Content Service Massively Overpriced The design of the pitch deck was brilliant but the content service honestly wasn't worth the extra $1400. There were lots of grammatical/ spelling errors and I had to do most of the work myself. I would personally give it a fair value of $500 max. I addressed my concerns directly to Caya and he simply dismissed them, offering a free revision round despite me telling him I was happy with the design, I just wasn't happy with how much I had to contribute to writing the content given what I'd spent. Won't be doing business with Slidebean again.

First, it was suggested that attendees may have to rely on luck to find the financial model they need already available in the Miro template. Therefore, there is a need to expand the library of financial models, such as manufacturing, not everything is SaaS. Second, there seems to be a lack of effort in understanding complex models, such as the multi-tier model we presented. Despite its importance, it only received five minutes of attention during the week. We sincerely felt neglected and underestimated.

I like the program the the provided free templates. I am also a huge fan of the integrated AI. However, I wanted to use this for a biomedical capstone presentation for my school, but I don't have the ability to share my slide deck with my teacher and when I try to present my slides there is an obnoxious credit at the top. It seems a bit unreasonable that without a paid subscription you are not allowed to even share your presentation. Also, I am a high school student and it is not feasible for me to spend over $100 on a presentation tool.

I hired this company to do a pitch deck back in April. It started it with a concall with the sales rep who sits somewhere in Europe. Then two weeks later another concall with a copy-editor/story teller whgo sits in Central America. I sent them all my copy re: my company, branding and data, etc. In between, I think I got an email with thier account rep (possibly sits in NYC?) that sends a templated email to you. After waiting a month and a half I finally got my pitch deck - not worth $2K. To be honest, I paid way too much for such little service that I could have done with people on Upwork and Fiverr (and faster). What really disappointed me is the time I had to spend time going over copy (that was not editted by their team) and constantly waiting for edits (almost two weeks) for 16 slides. Additionally, when you email one of the reps, they don't answer your. Only the designer answer you throughout this process. To give them some credit, the desgin was okay. But sitll, I could of hired a designer for way cheaper than what I paid for. My honest advice would be to stay away. Hire a good copy-editor/writer to help you tell your story. Then hire a good designer off Upwork or Fiverr (really good ones) to help you make a pitch deck. Learn from my mistake. BTW, their google reviews are not real. It's their company people posting 5 star reviews.

Liked - Copywriting and design skills - The project Manager is there is support the project - Ziflow is an excellent tool for sharing feedback - PM was helpful to some extent Disliked - - Some businesses are more complex than others. It would have been great if the Business Analyst had held more discussions and brainstorming meetings with my Team. There were still many gaps in the understanding, which could have been resolved with a couple more sessions. - Feedback over text is not the best way to deliver feedback. After sharing the feedback, there should have been a session where we would have discussed the feedback with the BA or the PM. - A pitch is a very crucial piece of content for a startup; rolling it out without meetings and discussion sessions with the designer is like sending out half-baked cakes. Overall I believe, Slidebean needs a more immersive and in-depth process to deliver a pitch.

This service used to be great but now you pay premium and get designs, that feel like a cheap outsourced version. There are better alternatives.

I came because I was lured by their youtube marketing which ngl is pretty good. I bought the founders edition tempted by the investors database. In total, I spent 300$ over 2 months and here are the results. Design software 1/5: Nowhere near worth the price you paid. You can expect similar results using canva, but the difference is canva has more templates, more pictures, more elements and costs 9$ a month not 49$ a month to let you download your presentation. It also allows you to download it in more versions than just pdf and ppt. We also used their in-house designer to take a look at our presentation the only thing that was done is some light change of colors which according to my friend whos a graphic designer looked worse than before. Expert Network: 3/5 I managed to book one meeting with Caya it was nice but nothing that blew my mind. The service is done via an outside company you just get it in the package I don't remember the name of the company that does it. I also booked another session with Steve but they just canceled it without any explanation you have to wait over a month for a meeting with him so my subscription expired before I could reschedule. Support 1/5 They take hours to respond, arent 24/7, arent very helpful and its hard to reach them. Financial Model 3/5 This is something that would be useful if it was improved but still a bit basic and also had some bugs that I found myself. Investors Database 0/5 If that's why you chose them then cancel immediately. This is just cold emailing but you will never hear back from anyone. My company has successfully scheduled numerous meetings using our pitch deck but never through their portal it just doesn't work. Overall experience 2/5 i don't recommend it to anyone to be honest. You can get each of the things they do in different services with much higher quality. Bonus negative points for not letting me download my presentation 1 day after my subscription got canceled even though I spent 300$ on it

Very disappointed! Paid for the service to have our CI/CD template setup. Did not at all come out the way I expected and doesn't fulfill our CI/CD. Paid 228 Dollars for them to add the font and some pictures to the slidebean library. Could have done it myself if I knew what I was getting.
