Socks, they are just stealing money. I couldn't download the presentation after 10 working hours and they are asking for a yearly plan of $96 to download it.

I paid for a full year subscription, but the subscription never came through. I spoke with customer service and requested a full refund immediately (within 10 mins), they told me they turned on the download feature. I tried to download my presentation but NOTHING happened. Then I requested a refund again and they told me that because I had tried (unsuccessfully) to download something, they were going to keep 6 months worth of payments. Horrible company. Go somewhere else for your business.

Horrible designers, very expensive but kind people We used their personalised deck design feature for our deck and their design work is just bad. I am betting they use amature designers. Fiverr or Upwork designers are way cheaper and does much better work. Overall nice people and Caya is very knowledgeable but Slidebean should not be designing decks.
