Low quality designs

We needed 3 revision of comments we had already provided in regards to formatting and design of the first version. I would not recommend this agency as the project manager did not have an eye for checking people's work and making sure the presentation was uniform throughout. The same template of a slide was used 3x in our deck in a different way with different spacing etc. As a former banker it was a terrible experience as there was no attention to detail throughout our engagement. We would expect simple formatting to be uniform across the deck, especially since we are paying a design agency for it. We spent a lot of time adding 30+ comments in V1 on formatting instead of the actual design and then had to do it again in V2 and V3. Simple things like text boxes in different size or not lined up horizontally, or icons not being aligned. All of this should be 101 stuff for a deck design agency. It's why we paid money to outsource the design. But we had to rework everything again.

Horrible designers. I paid for the rush delivery (they showed a 24 hrs delivery during checkout) and I didn’t get the first version at least for the first 3 days. All they did was to take the text in my slide deck and put them in some colored boxes. I asked them specifically to convert the text into visuals. I would not recommend using them if you want a meaningful transformation of your slide deck. I’d rather hire someone from up work and pay them per hour and work closely with them. It will turn out to be cheaper and much more efficient.

Hidden charges. I was charged even though I barely used slidebean. And no refund either it seems. Pathetic.

Used their slide redesign service. Really poor results. Don't follow very basic design principles such as alignment, consistent font size. The sole purpose of hiring a design company is to make the slides look better, more readable, and more organized and they failed in all aspects

Horrendous. Marketing themselves as free templates service, just to land users on the landing page and getting slapped with a premium plan!

Sucks. Free sign up. Free using. Free everything till you need to download. If download - pay. That's okay if software is paid, but you will be able to pay for 1 year minimum!!! It show 1 month price and indicated in small print that minimum is 1 year What? I need made a pitch, download it. 1 year minimum payment, really?

My first draft was nearly perfect. I asked for only a few changes and a few more instances of our secondary color being used. Nothing major. To my surprise, my 2nd and final drafts came back with font changes that I didn't ask for, moving of assets that I never asked for, and generally a much worse presentation than the first draft. To make matters even worse, there was new shade of blue created and added for some reason. I am honestly in disbelief that draft 1 + my simple requests resulted in the final draft.
