Hi Shawn, we have no record of a client by your name. We take pride in our transparent processes and client support. Unfortunately, fake reviews like this are often used by those attempting to tarnish reputations. We encourage genuine clients to reach out with feedback so we can address it directly. Thank you.

Dear Nici, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We take all reviews seriously, but upon checking our records, we do not have any clients by the name "Nici," and in the past 12 months, we have successfully delivered all projects on time, as confirmed by our clients. We would greatly appreciate it if you could reach out to us directly at [email protected] or give us a call. We want to better understand your concerns and verify if there was any oversight on our part. Our goal is to ensure all clients receive the best service, and we are here to resolve any genuine issues promptly. We look forward to hearing from you soon so we can clarify this situation and help you if there's been a misunderstanding.

very pleased
I found Edward and was very pleased - He not only speaks good English, he is clear, he is intelligent. He listens and is working on our site now. He seems to work and be available at all different hours and seems to truly want to help his clients.
