Ordered various skins for my devices on the 23rd February and I'm yet to receive anything to this day. Really disappointing moreso is the fact they fail to act upon their mistakes, a good business would rectify this in a speedy fashion. Not only have they failed to answer my questions about why I haven't received anything, they still send constant emails about special offers or new skins they're offering. Normally I refrain from posting negative reviews, however I don't want someone else to have their money taken and not receive anything in return.

I have been trying to reach them for 3 months about a missing order. I have tried on Facebook, Twitter, and probably a dozen emails. I have been trying to be patient and give them the benefit of the double, what with CODIV-19, and previously their haveibeenpwned mishap. I have been trying to be chill about all of it but this is just absolutely ridiculous. There is no way to reach anyone. They have auto-generated Zendesk "ticket received" responses when you email SOMETIMES, as well as an auto-reply for their Twitter customer support, but they never actually get back to you. However they certainly have SOMEONE there with the near-daily email promotions they push out. I can't believe I am having to write this. This would be such a non-issue, either resend or refund. I would have kept you guys highly rated and would have decked out all my current and future stuff with your product and have spread the word positively. Why do you do this? Why not take ANY action?

How on earth is this company still open?! They done a promotion where you buy 16 wraps and pay postage only. Took a whole month to arrive and only 1 wrap turns up with a message saying "orders are limited to 1 wrap per household" yet the promotion says 16 wraps. ABSOLUTE JOKE. DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS SCAMMING COMPANY

Terrible company, product takes weeks to ship out, its a phone sticker should take hours not weeks. No customer service, placed an order 3 and a half weeks ago, and nothing. I have reached out numerous times via email, only way to contact them. Not response in a week. Tried to cancel, there's no way to cancel my order. Had to open a dispute with PayPal. Stay away from this horrible company.

Horrible customer service and don't trust the site if it says in stock.. may be a scam site. Stay far away and go to dbrand.

Literally worst customer experience ever. I have emailed them, twitter DMed - 0 response, one month waiting... And I'm not talking about how now it would be delayed, because that would be understandable, NO, I placed my order on 13 Feb 2020. On top of that, they managed to have a leak of 800k people data out to the web. How the f you manage that? You know whats worse? That I wasn't informed by them that the leak happened. I found this information randomly on the internet. What do those people think? That nobody will know? What?! If i ever get my order, I'm sure never to come back. Absurd company.

Having goods be purchased, and not delivering is illegal! And from reading others reviews, this company is super sketchy.I wished I would’ve done my research before placing my order. My order still hasn't been shipped yet and it’s not even a custom. Its been a month since I placed my order. If I don't get a delivery confirmation soon, I’ll will be reporting Slickdeal to the FTC so they can investigate this deceptive business practice.

Firstly despite ordering just 2 things they couldn't even manage to send me what I ordered. Then when I attempted fitting onto the airpods the design was awful enough to make it near impossible, when it finally was on the product even with EXTREME care and the fitting video right in front of me it was a horrible finish with several clear bumps. don't waste your money.
