Hello Melissa, Our skins are crafted using 3M DI-NOC™ premium vinyl materials, known for residue-free removal. For easier removal, we suggest applying heat (hair dryer or heat gun) to release the adhesive more effectively. With our premium materials, it's impossible to damage the surface. Additionally, I'd like to share some updates. Our management recently changed in 2023, leading to significant improvements. We've reduced order processing time to 1-2 business days, introduced 24/7 email support with a guaranteed response within 24 hours, implemented a new website platform with enhanced security features, launched a new customizer tool for an improved user experience, and more. Best regards, Jess

Hello Dody, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent purchase of our Apple Pencil wrap. We're sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during installation. When applying our wraps, it's essential to use proper installation techniques. Have you had the chance to watch our installation video? Heat application is vital, especially on non-flat surfaces. Using tools like a hairdryer or heat gun can help. Applying heat enhances material flexibility, activates the adhesive, and ensures smooth edges. If wrinkles occur during application, gently peel back the material, apply heat, and reapply using a windshield wiper motion from the center. Additionally, we offer a free replacement option if you encounter any issues with your skin. However, please note that you will have to pay the shipping and handling fees for the replacement.
