No communication from vendor. Only heard from them after filing complaint with PayPal requesting a refund. The excuse that they blamed to lack of communication and no product shipping was due to a printer failure. Still haven’t received a refund because you have to wait 21 days after filing with PayPal. Ordered the boards over a month ago. Buyer beware. Major issues with this vendor!

I would not buy from Slick Woody’s/Trex ever again. I was so excited when I made my initial purchase. My shipment was delayed due to production delays. Not a big deal. But, no communication from the company to tell me so. Over six weeks I tried calling countless times, never to get an answer from customer service and no way to leave a message. Emails are not responded to quickly. When I ran into issues with FedEx delivery, they were not quick to help and in fact did not seem to care much. When I finally received the cornhole boards, they were damaged. The shipping box was good, so they shipped them damaged from their warehouse. I didn’t even try to reach out and tell them because I’m over trying to deal with this company. DEFINITELY NOT worth $450 of my hard earned money. My recommendation, find a company that cares about their customers. Shannon Longenecker

Still haven’t received the premium boards I ordered in November of 2021. It is now January 2022

yes would never order again or recommend anyone to your web site, very bad communication and took 6 weeks to get my product. One bag ripped after one game. I may not be a pro but bags shouldn't rip after one game.

Ordered premium pro boards. They advertise they are made with birch wood tops. Our set is definitely not birch! It's clearly construction grade plywood. Very grainy and not smooth. Bottom line, definitely not worth what they charge and you don't get what they advertise. Save your money and look for better boards.

Customer service never got back to me About the complimentary gift that was supposed to be included. Never received it so therefore one star.

I will start out by saying I have a set of their boards and pitch pads absolutely love them However I ordered custom boards for a Christmas present it took forever to get a hold of someone about them and then I finally received the boards worst I have ever seen the hole is not sanded nor are they completed they painted over top of the laminate which when you wipe the boards off the paint cokes off with them! And to top it off I can’t get anyone to respond to me! After spending almost $500 on them I am very disappointed and mad to say the least
