DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company. I am shocked at the terrible customer service I have received after placing my order. No response from emails or phone messages at all. In fact, their voice mail for customer service is constantly full so you cannot leave a message half the time. Never again!! Zig Ziegler

When you order, they don't tell you they don't have the corn hole you ordered. Two weeks later when I email to find out if it has even shipped, they say they don't have it and don't know when they will get it. Beware they have two sites, Slick Woodys and Trex. Both send the exact same email from the exact same person and both keep your money until you inquire when it will ship.

I purchased boards and they have not arrived yet. Fed Ex says they delivered them and Slick Woody’s says there is nothing they can do because Fed Ex says they were delivered to my home. I hope whoever received my boards is having fun with them. Bought and paid for!! Lame.

Susan, We apologize for the delay in shipment. We had printing issues in December that were out of our control. We had every intention of getting orders out at our usual prompt time and were just as frustrated as you that we encountered these obstacles and had delays in shipment. We also apologize for any issues you had with customer service. We are revamping that department for 2022.
