Not worth it
I had high hopes and was met with major disappointment. Paid $250 for a premium regulation board and they sent the wrong order entirely - different board, wrong color bags. They were fairly helpful in fixing the issue, but felt like a bribe when they offered me a 20% refund to keep the wrong order (so they wouldn’t have to mess with fixing it). No thanks, I’d still be paying $200 for something I didn’t order. They didn’t offer any kind of refund for the hassle of me returning the order I got. The box is big/heavy and I can’t move it on my own…They scheduled a FedEx pick up for me but FedEx never came. When I emailed them about this I never got a reply. Replacement boards finally came in. Poor quality—one of them is warped. Pretty sure that affects game play. I understand the demand right now but that’s no excuse to have poor quality.

Hi Bria, Thank you for reaching out about this. We are very sorry that the wrong image was sent to you. I did see we were able to get a replacement out to you with a new set of bags. We never meant the 20% as a bribe, we try to give options when it comes to these situations so you don't feel stuck into something you may not have wanted to do. I checked on the FedEx status and it says it was picked up from your address on 8/6/21. If they did not, then I will need to contact FedEx and have them come back out for you. Please email me at [email protected] so we can get FedEx back out there and figure out why it was marked as picked up when it wasn't for you.
