Slick Woody's Cornhole Co.Reviews of slickwoodys.com

Myself and a friend purchased the boards for a fallen officers benefit to construct a memorial. We wanted something we could auction off to raise funds. For the memorial. When the boards where received screws were not screwed in all the way and stripped at the top corners, we had to get the screws out and put wood glue on the boards and new screws. The edges of the boards and the circle were not sanded or edges rounded off. We thought we would get a quality set of boards for people to bid on but were only able to get $175.00 for the set.

I am so frustrated!! I love the tattoos for the pool that we bought BUT they won't stay in place! What makes me MORE frustrated is my 3rd email to you to ask for advice....NOTHING:-(

Build quality was no were near what I expected from Slick Woody’s. I spent hours making them more rugged so that they hopefully will last. The finishing nails that were used had almost no head, so with the heavy weight of the washers banging against the back of the boxes during play the boards would come loose. So I added screws around the perimeter of the boxes so that they will not come apart. Also, the wood is naked Poplar and very soft. So they mark up badly during the first game. I put on a thick coat of epoxy so boxes will be protected for a while.

Had a chip on the bottom of the board when I received it

The order and shipping went fine. Not impressed with the trex composite boards. There are metal braces that rattle and screws are visible on the top of the board. Not worth it for the price.

The 2 sets(colors) I ordered where completely different weights and the seams broke open on all four bags of the one color that weighed well over 16 oz. I had to reweigh them and stitch them. The bags they sell are made of quality materials they are just assembled very poorly. Not worth the price if you have to restitch the seams after two or three games.

Boards were poorly made. Customer service was good though.

- Was not notified of supply chain shortages & 5-10day ship delay - Was unable to see what type of bags came with my board… I bought pro bags separately with a sticky and slidey side, not from Slick Woody’s :( - Recommit date of arrival was a Saturday, didn’t receive until Monday + Board is very high quality, visually stunning, and great for playing
