This is my story. I’m a huge WoO fan, so wanted to give you guys some business for supporting the sport that I love. I placed a order of you legal sized boards of my favorite WoO driver David Gravel. They showed up at my house last Friday! Couldn’t wait to open the box and see them in person, that’s when things started going south. They came damaged on every corner! Plus the have a defect in on edge the entire length of one board. I’ve place a call to your company twice and sent an email with pictures to your customer support, one full week later and I’ve heard nothing from you. You can’t leave a message, because mailboxes are full and still no response to the emailed photos. I’m sorry but was hoping for more than this!?

Product not as described

I purchased 2 underwater pool mats. They were described as sinking and staying on the bottom of the pool. Unfortunately, both of the ones I received are very light weight, did go to the bottom of the pool once we forced them down, however they move easily without any human intervention. They don’t stay in place and one of the main reasons I purchased them was to cover a stain in the bottom of my pool. They look fairly nice in the water but continue to move which they shouldn’t and have even flipped over so the printed side isn’t even showing. This even happens when no one is in the pool.

Haven’t used the boards yet but they look well made. However I’m giving a low review because of their customer service. After the initial communication that the order was delayed due to a printer issue there was no communication. I called customer service and kept Getting cut off. I finally reached someone in Sales who sent an email to the customer service woman. She acknowledged my order was sent by Fed ex but provided no tracking number. After no response to that request I had to follow up for again but by the time she responded my order was delivered.

I opted to go with Slick Woody’s cornhole boards as a Christmas gift for my son because of the way they were advertised on the company website as being “premium” regulation boards and they were made in Ohio. I never mind paying more for a well-made USA product so I was happy to pay the $275 price. I was excited when the boards arrived but was immediately disappointed when I opened the package and discovered that all of the edges, including the edge of the holes, were completely unsanded and VERY rough. So rough in fact, that I feel they could cause bags in the right situation to not fall through the hole properly. Equally disappointing were the multiple runs of glue down the outside of the frame of the boards where the top was glued down to the frame. So in conclusion, are the boards solidly made? Yes. But are they what I would call “premium”? 100% absolutely not. If I were spending nearly $300 for a set of cornhole boards again, would I buy Slick Woody’s boards? Absolutely and unfortunately not. With just a small amount of attention to detail by Slick Woody’s, I feel that their boards would be great, but they are FAR from that now. I’m a very disappointed, one-time only customer. To anyone considering Slick Woody’s boards…look elsewhere!

I had a damage board and your customer service was very difficult to contact. I emailed and it took forever for response. I just got another set of boards in and they are damaged on side but I just excepted it this time to do very poor customer service. I have ordered many things from u guys but the damaged boards in delivery is getting ridiculous.

The product was great but the costumer service was beyond horrible. The number they provide you with no ever answers, the mailbox is full and it takes days to get them to respond to an email. It took over a month to get my boards after being told it would be 2 weeks.

I’m really not impressed with the speed of which my purchases were sent to me. Why am I paying for 2 day shipping if it takes 2 weeks to get to me. Really turned off.
